OVERALL AIM: To equip students with the knowledge and skills they will need to evaluate different opportunities appropriate to their skills, needs and preferences and make career decisions while still at school and in the future. This is achieved through focusing on the three strands: self-assessment and development (SA), career exploration (CE) and career management (CM).
